Aldred Drummond is the owner of the Cadland Estate, situated in the New Forest National Park and the Solent in Hampshire. He is also chief executive Fawley Waterside Ltd, the controlling entity for the Fawley Power Station also in Hampshire, and director of Long Harbour.

The Cadland Estate which Aldred owns once controlled the land where the Fawley Power Station is constructed. Aldred has prioritised the long-term prosperity of the Southern Waterside in his business interests.

Aldred Drummond is the managing trustee and owner of the Cadland Estate, situated in the New Forest National Park and the Solent in Hampshire. He also owns and manages Fawley Waterside Ltd, the controlling entity for the Fawley Power Station also in Hampshire.

Career Overview

Aldred is well versed in the construction industry and has spent two decades building communities. He started his career in Northamptonshire during the late 1990s, playing a major role in the regeneration of the town of Corby.

After ten years in Corby, Aldred became involved in further town extension projects for Kettering and Wellingborough, gaining permission across the three towns for 14,000 homes, workspace, schools and parks. At Priors Hall in Corby, Aldred’s Fawley Waterside business part sponsored the Corby Business Academy.

Aldred has also worked as real estate director at Long Harbour, overseeing investment into 23 UK towns and cities with a focus on building homes for the rental sector.

The Cadland Estate which Aldred owns once controlled the land where the Fawley Power Station is constructed. Aldred has prioritised the long-term prosperity of the Southern Waterside in his business interests.

In November 2021, Aldred appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
