Alison McNulty is the CEO of TinyLife, a charity in Northern Ireland which supports the families of babies born prematurely and/or with illness.
McNulty has been CEO of TinyLife since 2013, overseeing its activities providing support in neonatal units, family homes and local communities.
TinyLife also works in support of research and education programmes and campaigns and advocates for its client group.
The Covid-19 outbreak in the UK over 2020 forced TinyLife to change its methods of face-to-face services and adapt quickly to continue to provide its services with reduced funding.
In October 2020, McNulty appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
