Williams has a history in the cosmetics manufacturing industry having occupied three management roles with Harmer Personal Care, Hallam Beauty Ltd and Mibelle Ltd over the course of nine years. He joined up with Orean as Commercial Director in 2012 and has since worked his way up to the position of Managing Director/CEO in January 2019. 

Orean Personal Care specialises in the formulating and development of bespoke products both the Hair Care and Skin Care markets.  They provide the full turnkey solution from concept to manufacturing, from filling to pack off to shelf.  The work with established and start-up brands alike and are equally adapt at handling small volumes and minimum quantities up to large 6 and 7 figure volume orders.  Scale is not an issue for Orean. 

Williams manages both the UK and US based sites, the latter in a suburb of Illinois. He's overseen the set up and creation of the site in the US and are currently looking to relocate into larger premises in the latter stages of 2021 to accommodate their growth as they continue to support UK brands with their expansion into the US markets.  

Orean UK has grown on average, 24% YOY since joining in 2012, while maintaining and growing margin. 

A family man, a father of two boys, Williams also finds the time to compete as an Age Group athlete in triathlon with ambitions to qualify for Ironman World Championships after tasting success and qualifying for Challenge World Championships in the 70.3 distance in Slovakia in 2018.  

In February 2020, Williams appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the role it has played in his career to date.  He has subsequently appeared on the High Performance Human podcast, hosted by Simon Ward.
