Career Overview

Engelina has been Medow Care’s care manager since 2011, and ensures it remains fully compliant with the regulations of the CQC. She prides herself on her team of well-qualified and experienced individuals, and has a strong believe in educating her colleagues through nurturing and training. 

Engelina  ensures that all new employees receive full induction training as well as being inducted into the National Training Organisation (NTO) standards within six weeks of employment. She manages and trains all employees with the aim that all Social Care Workers achieve at least an NVQ Level 2.

She and her fellow directors have over 19 years of experience in the care industry combined, from grass-roots care to management. 

In June 2021, Engelina appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
