Career Overview

I served in the British Army for a total 23 years, culminating in an appointment as a Regimental Sergeant Major, before completing my army career as a Troop Commander.

In June 2020, Padfield-Wilkins appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
