Keith has a demonstrated history of working in the social care sector. He initially worked in a director role for over seven-and-a-half years at Birmingham-based home care provider Care Services Birmingham, before establishing Care Never Sleeps.

Alongside his role at the helm of Care Never Sleeps, Keith holds a senior role at Mevarius Ltd, where he is director of care and strategic consultant on a new business plan and sales strategy for an innovative and affordable software solution aimed at the home care sector.

Passionate about educating the next generation of carers, Keith also co-founded and continues to hold a director role at Carer Learning, which provides affordable accredited training for those in the carer industry from NVQ L2 up to Level Seven Business Management. 

From 2021, Keith has also directed Wales-based Lenexa Group, which provides Covid-19 testing services. 

Outside of care, Keith has also gained valuable experience working in the sports industry, by establishing Executive Sports Profiling in 2010 and running the company for eight years. The business targeted combining football and sales performance management in a series of licensed programmes, events and ventures. Keith’s involvement in the venture ceased in 2018.

In May 2022, Keith appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
