Kemi Atijosan is the managing director of Eagle Solutions Services, a London-based catering consultancy company that assists schools to provide the best possible food, health, education, and skills for life for their pupils.

Career Overview

Kemi is a catering consultant passionate about food and an award-winning entrepreneur with international experience providing bespoke consultancy and training services to schools and organisations in the education sector. In her role, Kemi helps design, develop and create transformational food services to boost educational attainment and drive revenue in schools.

Through her company, Eagle Solution Services, which she has headed up since 2005, Kemi helps school leaders unleash the true power of a food and a nutritional diet to help boost educational attainment and wellbeing, as well as financial control and service flexibility.

Kemi has an extensive background in food, procurement, local government and contract management, as well as having been a school governor for many years. She has worked with bodies such as the local authorities for the London Borough of Hackney and the London Borough of Lambeth, and worked for a period of time with Sodexo, where she was responsible for the management of meals delivery and related services contracts to eight local authorities in Greater London.

Since 2010, Kemi has also worked as managing director for Jolamy Foods Nigeria Ltd, an innovative specialist company that manufactures a traditionally processed cassava derived gluten free flour called Avarah Flour. The company is based in Nigeria and utilises local farmers and resources in the farming, harvesting and preparation of the flour providing a source of income and supporting the local economy. Avarah Flour is an award-winning product, having been recognised with an award by Global Women Inventors and Innovators Network in 2019.

Education

Kemi is an alumna of the University of Strathclyde and Greenwich University. At Greenwich, she achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, Business Administration and Management, before attending Strathclyde to complete a Master's in Business Administration [MBA].
