Clarke has been MD of the Taylor Clarke Partnership since 1988. Taylor Clarke has been helping leaders release potential in their organisations, people and themselves for over 30 years, with Clarke’s responsibilities centred around coaching senior people, facilitating senior teams to explore strategy, issues facing them and how to work more effectively together

Clarke is a specialist at facilitating executive learning mostly in leadership and consults ono rganisation development issues involving releasing the potential in people, teams, changes and the organisation as a whole.

In October 2020, Clarke appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
