Career Overview

After five years cutting her teeth in the marketing industry working with Dr. Martens as marketing manager for Europe, Lorna established SC Agency in 2006 in partnership with the company’s incumbent creative director, Angela O’Donnell. Under the leadership of both women, SC Agency has grown into one of the leading agencies of its kind in Northamptonshire.

Lorna’s responsibilities cover the core areas of marketing, the website and social media, and she handles all projects relating to such services.

Outside of her work, Lorna is a serving non-executive director of local not-for-profit organisation Love Corby, and chair of Corby Town Bid. As chair of the Bid, Lorna oversees the town’s board, ensuring that its activities deliver on the agreed outcomes of the Future Town Investment Plan by the year 2026.

In March 2022, Lorna appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
