Career Overview
A Greenmount student back in 1978, Victor developed his home farm into several livestock enterprises, with Pedigree Texel Sheep introduced in the early 1980s. His son also moved into dairying in the year 2009.
Victor has held numerous positions within the Texel Board over the years and served as chairman and president of the British Texel Sheep society.
In December 2021, Victor appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing the importance of leadership and the impact it has had on his career to date.
