Career Overview

Following its establishment in 1989, the APDA has been providing day, home and respite care for the disabled Asian community. Under Jeewa’s leadership, it has since her 2007 appointment grown into a successful social enterprise with a sustainable annual turnover of over £600,000.

In July 2020, Jeewa appeared on a Leaders Council of Great Britain & Northern Ireland podcast, discussing leadership and the impact it has had on her career to date.
