MENTA Offer help to entrepreneurs, Katherine Alexander of TuVida appears on panel of experts and SIONIC host workshop 'Equip yourself to lead in the new world of work'

As we look to the end of a challenging 2020 organisations MENTA, SIONIC and TuVida are helping leaders prepare for the new year. This year has changed the face of leadership and learning those lessons will be integral to the economic recovery of the UK.

Starting a business in 2021 with MENTA

Business support organisation MENTA are offering to help budding entrepreneurs start their business in 2021 by offering a free package of help and business advice. If you are based in Suffolk or Norfolk and are looking a programme to help kickstart the business then visit www.menta.org.uk/start-up-training.

The support programme consists of three workshops that must be completed and is suitable for anyone who is thinking of starting a business or has been trading for less than 12 months. The course covers ‘Business Planning’ including finance, marketing your business through social media and building a website and finally, bookkeeping which will explore National Insurance and tax.

The webinar will be hosted on Thursday 10th December 12:00-13:00. The event will be chaired by Andrew Baud, managing director of communications consultancy, Tala, and joined by Dr John Blakey of the Trusted Executive Foundation, Russell Atkinson, former CEO of NAHL Group plc and Christine Alexander, CEO of healthcare organisation, TuVida.

During the webinar the panel will be exploring the key nine habits of trusted leadership and bringing to life ways in which enlightened leaders can start to deliver against the ‘triple bottom line’ of profit, people and planet.

The basis of the webinar will be the 2nd edition of Dr John Blakey’s book titled ‘The Trusted Executive’

Peter Stone of Sionic, hosts webinar titled ‘Equip yourself to lead in the new world of work’
