Total QSR, a firm of commercial catering, electrical and refrigeration engineers, has appointed Glenn Hatch to the new role of field-based service manager.

Hatch [pictured], formerly a head catering engineer within Total QSR, brings a wealth of industry experience to his new position, and moves up the corporate ladder within the company following the promotion.

Commenting on the appointment in early April after Hatch's new leadership role was announced, Luke Herridge, Total QSR operations director, said: “We are pleased to announce Glenn Hatch as our first field-based service manager. This is an exciting new role at Total QSR that Glenn and ourselves are thrilled to develop and hone.

“Glenn is uniquely qualified for the role and has an understanding of both the customers’ needs and pressures faced by our engineers, as well as how to best manage these.”
